The principle of CardelleXpo Group, Ken Cardelle is a leading Trade Show Executive with over 20 years in the industry. Ken was instrumental in bringing some of the most important events to Russia and the CIS after the fall of the USSR, becoming an expert on doing business there. The international trade show and publishing company he worked with as the Director of Sales organized the first Western-style trade shows in Russia. He later personally launched Refrigeration & DeepFreeze Trade Fair, and Commercial Vehicle & Bus Trade Fair, both in Moscow; Cotton & Silk World Conference & Exhibition in Uzbekistan, and World Food Technology Trade Fair in Ukraine.

With over twenty years experience in the Trade Show industry Ken has worked on some of the most important events in the world, opening up new international markets, while working with some of the biggest organizers in the industry. 

In the early '90s he joined the renowned Comtek Expositions, where as Sales Director he spent many years introducing western companies to the Russian market. He also managed two Publications, one a Russian language business publication.

He then teamed up with one of the former owners of Comtek Expositions to help launch a new trade show company, International Exposition Group. Here he launched several trade shows in Russia, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine, opening a Moscow and Kiev office in the process. This was then followed up with an opportunity to help another new trade show organizing company, Infinity Expo Group, through which he a member of the team that was instrumental in helping both the U.S. Telecom Association and the American Hardware Manufacturers Association. 

Ken has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is an avid reader, active member of Mensa, and a serious Anglo-Saxon historian, working on his second book on the development of the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms in Britain.

Recently relocated to the US, Carlos brings over 15 years of trade show and conference experience that includes working in the US, Europe, and Central America with some of the largest exhibition organizers in the world. His stints in France and Mexico have resulted in bringing more international exhibitors and visitors to over a dozen US-based events. Possessing a results and customer focused drive, Carlos has been an integral developer of large, country Pavilions, working directly with the trade groups of more than 10 countries. We look forward to his expanded role and know that he will bring a professional attitude to all our current and future events, as well as work hard to be a leading liaison to both the Alternative Energy and the Energy Efficient Building industries.

The newly formed Conference Advisory Board is composed of members of both industries as well as academia. The Board reviews speaking requests and helps control the direction of the conference agenda.

Al'fia is a high school Senior helping with various responsibilities at the firm. Her positive attitude and desire to learn all facets of the industry has enabled her to quickly become a valued team member. Her interests include Art, Travel, and History. Al'fia is fluent in Russian and English and is planning on studying Spanish.
